This is going to be short because there’s nothing new. The title kind of says it all—week three is like being 75 percent done with a boring car ride. You’re just ready to get there.
I felt in a rut and took pictures on Saturday just to see if I noticed any difference, and I was really happy with the comparison. It helps me a lot to be able to see the change, but I don’t think I will post them—I will take final “after” pictures at the end of the week and add them to my wrap-up post.
Here’s how I did with last week’s goals:
- Get better about eating breakfast: didn’t happen.
- Go to the gym 5x/week this week and next: didn’t happen either.
- Try new recipes using certain following ingredients: happened!
- Wake up by 6 a.m.: happened, but not every day.
This week, I’m going to “reissue” these goals. One week left! Here we go…
